This is the place!! Enjoy private access to the Little Red River near Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Dam in North Central Arkansas. Located at the base of the Ozark Mountains, the little Red River is reputed as one of the best trout fishing areas in the country. The area is also popular for other water activites such as canooing, tubing, and boating, lounging and wading on our sandbanks. The property is at the end of an Island and surrounded on 3 sides by the river. The house has been completely renovated with a luxurious new kitchen, yet rustic log cabin feel in decor and atmosphere. There are luxury features such as a whirlpool tub, large walk-in tiled showers, hand-crafted wood furniture, direct TV, all appliances including laundry, central heat and air, ceiling fans, and all other comforts. Two private bedrooms and two private bathrooms include 1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Additionally there is a queen sofa bed in the main living space for additional  guests. Vacation Log Cabin Rental Rates: We offer rates based on a minimum of 3 night stay-even if you are only interested in 1 or 2 nights. We must drive a total of 6-7 hours to service the property between visitors which is not feasible for smaller time frames. Our check in and check-out times are very open so that you can maximize your vacation day. Thank you for understanding. Are rates are based on single family occupancy of 4-6 related guests, i.e. Parents, their kids and grandparents is a very common guest group. If you have unrelated members of a group or more people please call for details.
	General non-holiday rates: Weekends: $475 for any non-holiday weekend (ThFS or FSSu)- up to 3 nights. Weekly rate: 7 nights consecutive $975.  Long week: 9 nights consecutive $1200.   Holiday rates: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Fall Break, Spring Break. Please call for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Rates Holiday Weekend rates: $550 up to 3 nights, $675 for 4 nights. Weekly rate: 7 nights consecutive $1100.  Long week: 9 nights consecutive $1250. Rates reflect the large demand for the property over long holiday weekends and fall/spring breaks, especially during hunting and fishing seasons.
